Project Overview

I worked as a User Experience Design Intern at Rocket Software last summer and was in charge of redesigning Rocket ’s web-based network management product - NetCure. After conducting heuristic evaluation, user interviews and several usability testings, I selected 3 main modules of the web system to redesign and developed 3 prototypes to showcase the new experience. Redesign of all 3 modules followed the 3 principles: intuitiveness, simplicity, clarity. Contact me to know more details.
